New Board and President for the Philatelic Society of Egypt
We received the following announcement from our member, the Philatelic Society of Egypt.
At the Philatelic Society of Egypt a new board of directors was elected for the next four years at its General Assembly held on 8 December 2023. Later, the Board held its first meeting at which Hany Salam was elected president.
The new board is comprised of the following members:
- President: Hany Salam
- Vice-President: Hisham Bassyouny
- Treasurer: Hassan Elbadry
- General Secretary: Akram Toubar
- Members: Sherif Elfar, Samir Nabih, Ali Abdelmegeid, Mohamed Omar, and Sherif Hamza.
The new Board is blessed with six new promising members, eager to serve the philatelic community. A national exhibition was immediately organised and was successfully held in January in partnership with the Egyptian Post.
