PHILHAINAUT ’26 in Belgium
PhilHainaut ’26 will take place in La Louvière, Belgium, from 28 to 30 August 2026 under the High Patronage of His Majesty the King. The exhibition has attracted 90 competitive entries, representing most philatelic classes.
The event will feature several major attractions. The Champions Class will showcase some of Belgium’s finest award-winning exhibits of recent years. Birdpex 10 will present 200 exhibition frames devoted to ornithological philately, including both competitive and Court of Honour displays. The Belgian Congo Study Circle will mark its 75th anniversary with a 150-frame exhibition exploring the postal history and philately of Belgium’s former African colonies. The Royal Academy of Philately of Belgium will also participate with a selection of rarely exhibited collections.
Running alongside the exhibition, the La Louvière Numismatic Society will organise NumisHainaut ’26, an international coin fair bringing together dealers from around the world, offering visitors a unique opportunity to enjoy both philately and numismatics.
The organisers have also provided practical information on hotel accommodation at the Orange Hotel, bookings for the Friday gala dinner, lunch reservations at Louvexpo, and opportunities for volunteers to assist before, during and after the event.
