FINLANDIA 2017 gets FEPA Patronage by the unanimity of the FEPA congress

The FEPA Congress held in Lugano, Switzerland, on September 13, 2014 welcomed the proposal of the Finnish Philatelic Federation for the European level exhibition which will be held in Tampere on May 24-28, 2017. The congress gave the FEPA Patronage to the exhibition by unanimity.
