ABPS has a new Chairman
Latest press release by the Association of British Philatelic Societies (ABPS):
John Davies RDP FRPSL was elected as the new Chairman of the Association of British Philatelic Societies at the recent AGM. The AGM took place during the Philatelic Congress of Great Britain in Southampton. He replaces Steven Harrison who has been Chairman for the last three years.
John commented “We are all extremely grateful to Steve for his service as Chairman. He tackled the role with great enthusiasm and professionalism and will be a difficult act to follow. I am very honoured to be elected and will do my best to serve the philatelic community in the coming year.”
