BALKANFILA Newsletter No. 1
Yesterday, we received the first Newsletter from Balkanfila Working Group, along with these lines:
During the Balkanfila Working Group last October in Belgrade, it was unanimously decided that the philatelic communication among the Member Federations had to improve both the frequency and continuity of information exchange. The Newsletter also aims at establishing upgraded cooperation and coordination on common projects, as well as overall regional philatelic matters. Please find attached our 1st Balkanfila Newsletter and share with us your comments, proposals and observations.
