Balkanfila Newsletter No. 11

The Balkanfila Working Group has circulated another substantial newsletter. In his Editorial, titled “Inspiration Across the Borders”, Christos Gikas reflects on the motivation drawn from the recent series of Zoom meetings between FEPA and its member federations.

The 63-page publication offers readers a rich variety of content, including exhibition news, seminar highlights, social programme reports, a tribute to the tireless Alexandru Bartoc, three research articles, updates on new stamp issues, and much more.
