EUROPHIL SPM 2023 in Saint Pierre and Miquelon
The One-Frame exhibition, organised by AEP, took place in Saint Pierre and Miquelon between 25 and 28 June. The exhibits presented belonged to members of the AEP, the American Philatelic Society and the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada. The top prizes were awarded as follows:
Grand Prix Europe: Serge Kahn, “Dumont D’Urville helps reveal Antarctica”.
Grand Prix North America: Jean-Jacques Tillard, “St-Pierre-et-Michelon, the fox of 1952. The first two stamps issued for airmail rates”.
