Association philatelique et numismatique carcassonnaise, Carcassone (France)
The Association is expanding its efforts to promote and support philately among an intergenerational audience, using a range of communication channels, including a website, a monthly newsletter, and the organisation of major events such as the Stamp Festival (exhibitions), two annual Multi-Collection Fairs, and a monthly stamp exchange.
Particular emphasis is placed on youth outreach, notably through an annual stamp design competition, supported by introductory philately workshops held in around thirty classes or schools.
This dynamic approach has resulted in steady growth in adult collector membership and a remarkable number of young members, as recognised by the French Fromageat Trophy, which acknowledges this long-standing commitment.
