At the same session, a new board of directors was elected for the next four years, January 2024 – December 2027. It consists of all the regional representatives directly delegated and confirmed by the Assembly:
President: Vladimir Milic
Vice-President: Zoran Stepanovic
Vice-President: Dragan Krstic
Member: Filip Kulic
Member: Zeljko Popovic
Secretary: Ugljesa Stefanovic
The new team has announced more intensive cooperation with the Serbian Post and a further step forward in the digitalisation trend process. It is also planned to organise a national, as well as an international philatelic exhibition in the next four years.

The application deadline for HAFNIA 24 was 31st December, and we had a goal of filling 1300 frames, and a maximum of 1500 frames that would fit into the Hafnia 24 venue. We have had 2058 frames applied for, and we are of course extremely happy with the huge interest in exhibiting at Hafnia 24. In February we will be selecting which exhibits we will accept and which – more than 25% – we unfortunately will have to decline. 1st March we will inform all commissioners of accepted and rejected exhibits from each country.
FEPA has 44 federation members and quite impressively, 40 countries have nominated a commissioner for HAFNIA 24. Besides European exhibitors we will also have several exhibits from the USA through the American “Scandinavian Collectors Club” society.
We have 16 applications for the Grand Prix class, and the largest competitive classes will be Postal History with 30% of the applications and Traditional Philately with 22%. But also, Picture Postcards with 5% and Open Philately with 4% will be well represented at HAFNIA 24.
Please make plans to come to Copenhagen in October!
Best wishes Lars Peter Svendsen
President of the organizing committee
and Lars Engelbrecht
General Commissioner, HAFNIA 24
