Legendary Marianne at the Musée de la Poste, Paris
“Marrianne, les visages de la République” is an exhibition at the Musée de la Poste, scheduled to remain open until September 2023. Marianne is a female figure which dates back into the years of the French Revolution, appears continuously on regular French stamps since 1944, changes its appearance only after a presidential mandate, and is expected to be modified once more in 2023.
The exhibition invites visitors to discover and find out all the proposed figures of Marianne during the past years, whether they have or haven’t been approved.

Yamil Kouri presents BOSTON 2026 in a 30 min. video
Yamil Kouri RDP, Board Director and Commissioner General of BOSTON 2026 WORLD EXPO, was invited a few days ago at the Collectors Club to take part in their Virtual Philatelic Program Series. He presented an update on the preparations of the exhibition which started almost immediately after NEW YORK 2016.
A few numbers will give you a rough idea of the size of BOSTON 2026:
352,000 square feet (33,000 sq m) of contiguous space
4,000 exhibition frames
150 Dealers and Auction Houses
50 Postal Administrations
135 Societies and Organisations
42 Meeting Rooms of various sizes
200+ Meetings, Seminars and Events
20,000 square feet (1,900 sq m) Ballroom with capacity for 1,500 Diners

VASTOPHIL 2022 and BERGAMOFIL 2022 announced by FSFI
Two more national events were announced by the Italian Federation (FSFI).
VASTOPHIL 2022, 23-25 September, at Palazzo d’Avalos, Vasto, Chieti. National and qualification exhibition for the classes of Open Philately, Thematic Philately and Maximaphily, and in the sections of competition, qualification, and one frame. Deadline for registrations is 14 August.
BERGAMOFIL 2022, 30 September – 2 October, at the Polo Fieristico Multiarea – Palasettembre, Chiuduno, Bergamo. National and qualification exhibition for the classes of Traditional Philately and Postal History, both in their classical and diachronic periods, and in the sections of championship, competition, qualification, and one frame. Deadline for registrations is 14 August.
