INDONESIA 2022 revised IREX and applications now online
If you visit INDONESIA 2022 website today you will find the most critical information: The National Commissioners page, the newly revised IREX (2 April), the application forms for participation and the deadlines to observe, among which:
25 April 2022: Deadline for the Federations to appoint a new Commissioner and nominate Jurors.
30 April 2022: Deadline for the National Commissioners to submit application forms for participation to the General Commissioner.
INDONESIA 2022 started as INDONESIA 2020, which was postponed due to the pandemic. It will be held in Jakarta, from 4 to 9 August.
The exhibition will also host the postponed 76th FIP Congress on 9 August.

The winners of HUNFILEX 2022 World Stamp Championship were announced during the Palmares dinner yesterday night.
World Stamp Champion: Damien Läge (Germany), “Australasian Birdlife”
WSC 1st Runner up: Jean Voruz (Monaco), “Geneva from the Cantonal to the Federal Post 1839-1862”
WSC 2nd Runner up: Vittorio Morani (Italy), “Tuscany 1836 to GPU”
Grand Prix International: Tom Komnaes (Norway), “Norwegian Skilling Covers – Domestic and Abroad”
Grand Prix National: Adriano Bergamini (Switzerland), “The Austrian Post in Hungary 1850-1867”

Frank Walton (1955-2022)
It is with great sadness that we report that Frank Walton passed away last night. He was suffering from stomach cancer.
Frank will be sorely missed. We send our heartfelt condolences to his family.
Frank Walton RDP FRPSL was a specialist in Sierra Leone philately, an international juror, formerly Editor of the London Philatelist (2001-2014), and a signatory of the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists (2015). He was greatly involved with the latest International Philatelic Exhibitions in London as General Commissioner in 2015 and as Chairman of the Organising Committee in 2022.
He was awarded the FEPA Medal for Exceptional Study and Research in 2014 for his six-volume study, The De La Rue Collection.
