XXVI Scientific Conference of the Polish Academy of Philately
Extended the terms to participate at the International Literature Exhibition in Moldova “Literature for collectors”
I personally, in name of Association of philatelists, maximaphilists and cartophilists from the Republic of Moldova, present excuses to all collectors for the mistakes admitted in the Regulation of the Exhibition ,,Literature for collectors” and in the APPLICATION FORM. We ask you to see the conditions included in the new Regulation. We modified the terms of presentation the APPLICATION FORM and the terms of presenting the exhibits.
We invite you to take part in this exhibition, which is a premiere for us.

Granted the FEPA Recognition to PLOVDIV 2019 International Philatelic Exhibition

View of the city of Plovdiv, European Capital of Culture 2019
In the period of October 17-20, 2019 in Plovdiv, we will organize an European Philatelic Exhibition. The participants will be invited by us to the European Philatelic Federations and by their National Philatelic Academies. The Exhibition will not be competitive and there will not be participation fees. The National Commissioners will vote for the best exhibit of National and International class. The organizers will cover the expenses of the Commissioners and the FEPA consultant for hotel accommodation. We hope this will be a new, innovative idea for a meeting of philatelists, exhibitors and members of the respective philatelic academies. The organizing of the exhibition is in connection of the choice of the city of Plovdiv as an European Capital of Culture. Up to this moment we have a lot of confirmations for participation in the exhibition.
On the 4th of June, the FEPA Board members have unanimously agreed in granting the FEPA Recognition to the International Exhibition “PLOVDIV 2019”.
