GBPS: Looking Forward to an Exciting New Season

Members of the GBPS are looking forward to an exciting new season, which will run from September to August 2027.

The new programme features 22 meetings, most of which are held at the Royal Philatelic Society London, but many are also available on Zoom. The Society also has meetings at Stampex and Stanley Gibbons host Summer and Winter receptions for Society members. Some of the varied topics will include “The Team that delivered Penny Postage”, “GB with a Difference”, “Developments in Mail Cancellations in Britain and Ireland”, “Aspects of Collecting Local Postal History”, “The First Postage Stamps” as well as displays of Aerophilately and Members’ Displays. There really will be something for everyone.

Alan Moorcroft FRPSL has taken over as the new President and he looks forward to welcoming both new and experienced collectors to the Society.
