Guglielmo Marconi and the Waves of Communication

On 29 March, the exhibition “Guglielmo Marconi e le onde della comunicazione” [Guglielmo Marconi and the Waves of Communication] opened its doors in Segrate, Milan. The exhibition is curated by Giancarlo Morolli and Giuliano Nanni and is dedicated to the scientific and entrepreneurial achievements of Guglielmo Marconi.

The project has been realised with the involvement of the Tavolo dei “postali”, Circolo filatelico “Guglielmo Marconi” (Sasso Marconi, Bologna), Istituto di studi storici postali “Aldo Cecchi” odv (Prato), Museo dei Tasso e della storia postale (Camerata Cornello, Bergamo), Museo storico della comunicazione (Roma), and Unione stampa filatelica italiana (Gallarate, Varese).

The exhibition will be open to visitors until 13 April at the Giuseppe Verdi Civic Cultural Centre, located at 41 Via XXV Aprile, and accessible daily between 10:30 am and 6:00 pm. On 3 April at 6:00 pm, the book Guglielmo Marconi: Explorer of the Ether will be presented.
