Sad News: Jane Moubray RDP, Hon. FRPSL, our Society’s Past President (1996-1998), passed away at age of 93 on 29 December 2025. Jane was the first and only female President of RPSL, a Member of RPSL Expert Committee (1979-2022), a joint author with husband Michael Moubray of “British Mail to Overseas Destinations 1840 to UPU” which received the Crawford Medal in 1992 and one of the great philatelists of her time. We express our deepest condolences to her family and friends. RIP! Jane
