Leonard Pascanu

We are very sad to report that Leonard Pascanu died on 1st November 2021 after a prolonged illness.

Mr Pascanu was aged 69 and had been President of the Romanian Philatelic Federation for many years. He was well-liked and respected among philatelists and had many achievements to his credit including the excellent EFIRO exhibition in 2008. In 2020 he was planning to hold BALKANFILA in Bucharest but the COVID pandemic prevented this from going ahead.
