New Board at the Real Academia Hispánica de Filatelia e Historia Postal
On 17th March, the General Assembly of the Royal Spanish Academy of Philately and Postal History took place. A new Board of Governors was also elected:
- President: Eduardo Consejo Prieto
- Vice President: Fernando Aranaz Del Río
- Secretary: José Manuel Rodríguez Gutiérrez
- Treasurer: German Baschwitz Gomez
- Deputy Secretary: José Antonio Herráiz Gracia
- Librarian: Gaspar Martínez Lorente
- Member: Yamil H. Kouri Jr.
- Member: Eduardo Escalada Goicoechea
