FEPA News Magazine No 31

A new issue of FEPA News, its number 31, was printed and distributed a few days ago. All the FEPA members are receiving the copies they requested for distribution within their countries. This number 31 covers the most relevant Philatelic events from January to June 2017, as well as information about the upcoming exhibitions and events of the second semester of 2017.
