Sad news from Albania

 

This is really sad. Mr. Nikolla Xharo was an excellent philatelist and an extremely nice person. Only a few weeks ago he was so happy at the “Salon du timbre” in Paris because he had reached an agreement with the Albanian Post to organise an Exhibition for the first time in Albania, the Balkanfila 2016 in Tirana. He was plenty of energy and happiness. This is a big loss for the European Philately.
