FILATEM 2026 Coming up in October

FILATEM 2026 will take place in A Guarda, Pontevedra, from 8 to 12 October, bringing together Spanish thematic philately at the national level. The exhibition will feature 18 adult collections covering a wide range of subjects, alongside the debut of a youth section with 18 collections in three age groups.

The five-day programme includes the unveiling of a special stamp and commemorative postmark, school visits, an educational panel on improving thematic exhibits, and the presentation of the FEGASOFI Gold Medal for Philatelic Merit, followed by the traditional Awards Dinner. An official catalogue, produced under an Honorary Committee chaired by the King and Queen of Spain, will also accompany the exhibition.
