Dr. Marisa Giannini, Director of the Philatelic Division of Poste Italiane since 1998, has implemented a successful cooperation with the Italian Federation for developing philately in the schools and supported the publication of several philatelic works including some of high relevance at international level. In addition to the sponsorship of Italian national exhibitions, she chaired the Managing Committee of the Festival of Philately “Italia 2009” and of the multilateral show “Romafil 2010”.
