Ludwik Malendowicz (Poland)
Prof. Ludwik Malendowicz, President of the Union of Polish Philatelists, had a very important role in the organization of the international philatelic events in his country (POLSKA’73, POLSKA’93, and EURO-CUPRUM 2001) and played a very active role for the development of organized European philately as member of the FEPA Board from 1993 to 2005.
