FEPA Medal for Service to Philately 2017
Ivan Libric (Croatia)

On the occasion of the 50th years in Croatian organized philately and 25th anniversary of leadership in the Croatian Society of Olympic Philately & Memorabilia, as well as successful presidency of the Croatian Philatelic Federation and of the Alps-Adria Philately Group.

Here some highlights of his achievements to the European philately:

  • President of the Croatian Philatelic Federation (HFS) 2003-2012,
  • Secretary of Federation 1967 -1970
  • Member of Board of directors since 1967
  • President of the Alpe-Adria Philatelic Working Group 2008-2011.
