As Honorary President, H.M. King Simeon II of Bulgaria, in the name of the Union of Bulgarian Philatelists, awarded its President, Mr. Spas Panchev; the former President and main organizer of the foundation FEPA Congress in Sofia 1989, Mr. Christo Nikoltchev; Mr. Pedro Vaz Pereira, President of the Portuguese Federation of Philately and FEPA Honorary President; Mr. Tay Peng Hian, FIP President and Mr. José Ramón Moreno, FEPA President.
The FEPA Board unanimously decided to grant to H.M. King Simeon II with a Certificate and the souvenir gift of the FEPA 25th Anniversary. In the photo, the FEPA President, José Ramón Moreno, presenting it to H.M. King Simeon II of Bulgaria.
Mr. Spas Panchev gave to the King the Souvenir Sheet issued on occasion of “Bulcollecto 2014” while Mr. and Mrs Vaz Pereira brought to him a Portuguese porcelain.

The event took place at the Royal Palace of Vrana, in Sofia, Bulgaria, on the 27th of October.
