FEPA Awarded by the Argentinian Federation of Philately

Amongst the events of the FEPA Exhibition “EXFILNA 2017”,  the President of the Philatelic Federation of Argentina, Miguel Casielles, presented FEPA with their Honorary Award, an engraved plaquette on occasion of the jumelage of the Spanish Philatelic Association of Portugalete and the Argentinian CEFIMED.
