Francis Kiddle has died this morning

It is my very sad responsibility to have to tell you that Francis Kiddle died this morning. Francis was diagnosed with lung cancer just over two months ago, and he spent three weeks in hospital with pneumonia. He came home just over a week ago died surrounded by his family.
Francis was so important to international philately for many decades, he was a tireless worker, and a trusted and loved friend and mentor to so many of us. He was a great supporter of FEPA and an informed and knowledgeable juror and delegate to Congresses.
