Handed out at the FEPA Congress of the 2013 FEPA medals and certificates of appreciation

Gunnar Dahlvig, Sweden, was awarded with the FEPA Medal 2013 for Exceptional Service to Organized Philately. Stefano Calliga, Greece, received the FEPA Medal 2013 for Exceptional Philatelic Study and Research, for his book «The stamps of the Large Hermes Head 1861-1886” .They made a short but emotive speech thanking for the prize received.
Were awarded with the FEPA Certificate of Appreciation for 2013 for its Outstanding Activities for the Promotion of Philately:
- »The Society for Danish Postal History« (Denmark), which certificate was received by Søren Chr. Jensen, President of the Danish Philatelic Federation on behalf of the Club.
- “The Associação de Coleccionismo do Vale do Neiva« (Portugal). Pedro Vaz Pereira, President of theFederação Portuguesa de Filatelia, received on behalf of the Club.
The prizes were handed out by the FEPA Vice-President responsible for the Awards, Giancarlo Morolli and by the FEPA President, José Ramón Moreno.
The other awardees with the the FEPA Certificate of Appreciation for 2013 for Outstanding Activities for the Promotion of Philately, »L’Amicale Philatélique de l’Est à Belfort«, France, »Centro Italiano di Filatelia Tematica«, Italy and the »Briefmarkenfreunde Heidenheim e.V.«, Germany, had received their awards in previous events.
