OUTSTANDING BOOK OF THE ROMANIAN PHILATELIC FEDERATION

The authors of the articles are Wolfgang A. Maassen , Francisc Ambrus , Alexandru Bartoc, Vasile Doros , Viorica Hrustovici , Vasile Braia , Norbert Blistyar , Norbert Blistyar  ,Traian Serendan,  George Morărel ,  Călin Marinescu, Dan-Simion Grecu , Adrian Apostu,  Daniel Marcu, , Mihai Mincan ,Călin Hentea , Răzvan-Radu Popescu , Daniel Marcu, Stefan Nicolau and  Julieta Pascanu.  Some of them have written several articles in this issue.
