The Slovenian Post issued a stamp to commemorate the FEPA 25th anniversary
Under the request of the Slovenian Philatelic Association, the Posta Slovenije has issued a stamp to commemorate the 25thAnniversary of FEPA. The Stamp was freely distributed to all Delegates on the FEPA Congress last Saturday the 13th of September in Lugano.
