The RAHFHP Participates at the UPAEP Congress

The 25th Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal (UPAEP) was held between 13 and 17 April 2026 in Cascais, Portugal. The Royal Hispanic Academy of Philately and Postal History (RAHFHP) was invited to participate as an observer, following the Framework Cooperation Agreement that both organisations signed in April 2024, under the auspices of the Postal Regime Sub-Directorate of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility.

Representing the RAHFHP was its president, Eduardo Consejo Prieto, accompanying the official Spanish delegation. He had the opportunity to give a presentation to the participants at the Congress.
