The FEPA Regulations for the Picture Postcard were approved by the FEPA Congress in Athens. Since then, several federations as the Polish, the Spanish or the Belgian has already translated it into their languages. GRANTED THE FEPA AWARDS: THE FEPA MEDALS FOR FRANCIS KIDDLE (IN MEMORIAM) AND MICHÈLE CHAUVET

In its meeting held in Milan on 13 February 2016, the FEPA Board analyzed the proposals submitted by the member Federations and agreed on awarding the 2015 FEPA Medals and Certificates of Appreciation as follows:

JURY SEMINAR IN GERMANY TO UNIFORM THE APPLICATION OF THE REGULATIONS

On the 13th and 14th of February, 30 jurors met in Bietigheim-Bissingen for the Jury Seminar directed by Dr. Wolfgang Leupold with the participation of the members of the Board of the German Federation Uwe Decker, Thomas Hoepfner and Alfred Schmidt.

LUXEMBOURG ELECTED NEW BOARD

The Féderation des Sociétés Philateliques du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, informed us on the 11th of February of the election of its new Board of directors. Our best wishes for succéss!

A new issue of FEPA News has been printed. All the FEPA members will receive the copies they requested for distribution within their countries. This number 28 covers the most relevant Philatelic events from July 2015 to the beginning of January 2016, information about the upcoming exhibitions and events, as well as other interesting information and articles.
