Hans Kraaibeek (1962 – 2020)

Estonia 2020 welcomes exhibits from all over the world

Another philatelic exhibition organized by REFS "Estonia" will take place in Tartu between July 10 and 12, 2020. The exhibition is now open to all applicants who have previously received at least 70 points at a national exhibition.
