New President and Board for the Portuguese Philatelic Federation

After a record-breaking 39 years as president of the Portuguese Philatelic Federation, Pedro Vaz Pereira stepped down and did not seek re-election. João Manuel Lopes Soeiro assumed the presidency following the elections held on 7 March. The new Board for the next four years is as follows:
