We are delighted to announce that Thomas Hoepfner has accepted an invitation to join the FEPA Board as a Director. Thomas is a well-known figure in German and European philately and has been closely involved with the organisation of IBRA 2023.
This fills the vacancy created when Ari Muhonen stepped down from the Board at the end of December 2020. In accordance with Article 17.13 of the FEPA Statutes, it will be subject to election at the next FEPA Congress, due to be held in Athens on 23 November 2021.

All applications must come through the national commissioners. All Nordic countries, Estonian Philatelic Federation and Scandinavian Collectors Club appoint a commissioner to handle the applications coming from their own country.
For each exhibit a special electronic application form is required. The forms are available on the NORDIA 2021 website. The application forms shall be sent to the appropriate national commissioner by 15.5.2021. National commissioners must submit the entry forms to the Commissioner General to arrive no later than 31.5.2021.
The application form should come together with the title page presenting the plan or description of the exhibit. This does not apply to the literature class (2.14). A draft title page is sufficient. It can be altered before the exhibition, provided that the title and size of the exhibit remains the same. The exhibitor can also send a voluntary synopsis of his or her exhibit along with the application.
Notification of application acceptance together with the number of frames allocated to each accepted exhibit will be sent to the applicant not later than 15.6.2021.
