FINLANDIA 2017 is ready! The preparations, ahead of scheduled
From the arrival to Tampere, meeting our extremely kind friend Jussi Tuori, I received the impression that FINLANDIA 2017 will be really an exceptional event.
At the entrance of the wonderful “Tampere-talo”, Tampere Hall Congress and Concert Centre, Jukka Mäkipää is helping in whatever is needed. In the photo, with Ms Käroliina, who have already prepared the set of useful items for Commissioners and Jurors: Badge, excellent Catalog, Notes book, shirt, clever convertible briefcase / backpack and the invitation cards, everything ready even if we should not be here so early!
The 2248 exhibition frames of FINLANDIA 2017 has already been mounted by a team of nearly 100 volunteers leaded by Jukka Mäkinen, President of the Organizing Committee. The first Commissioners are already arriving to a perfectly organized Bin Room.
The mounting of the exhibits has already started with the collections provided by the Commissioners immediately after they have finished the easy formalities at the Bin Room. Tomorrow will be a busy day, but according to the efficient organization that I have seen, I am fully confident that everything will go smooth and well done!
