Hovik Musayelyan, President of the Armenian Philatelists Association, has sent us the following invitation.
Last year, on December 4-14, a philatelic exhibition devoted to Christian Values took place in Yerevan. The official cancellation ceremony of the postcard was issued by the Postal Service (Haypost) of Armenia. Various collections of 30 philatelists were presented, including exclusive stamps, envelopes and postcards dedicated to the Armenian Apostolic Church and various branches of Christianity (Catholicism, Orthodoxy, and Protestantism).
An international philatelic exhibition devoted to postal history will take place this year in Yerevan on November 18-22. An organizational committee was formed, headed by Araik Harutyunyan, the Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of the RA. The vice-presidents are Hovik Musayelyan, president of the Armenian Philatelists Association, and Arayik Abrahamyan, General Director of Haypost. Philatelists from Germany, Russia and the USA have already applied for participation.
Haypost will issue a special postcard devoted to the exhibition, which will be released for circulation during the official opening ceremony of the exhibition. The agenda, the official logo of the exhibition, the design of the medals and the new stands have been confirmed by the organizational committee.
The exhibition will be open to all exhibiting classes.
The Armenian Philatelists Association, which is the main organizer of the exhibition, invites member unions of FEPA to participate.
We also expect that this international exhibition will be recognized by FEPA.
Three new books have been recently presented by Tobias Huylmans and Jonas Hällström, both Managing Directors at the Global Philatelic Network. The presentation took place in Bucharest during EFIRO 2024 World Stamp Exhibition.
Edition d’Or vol. 71: Joseph Hackmey, Barbados and Grenada
Edition d’Or vol. 72: Eddie Leibu, Romania Outbound Mail
Edition Spéciale: Fritz Heimbuchler, The First Stamps of Brazil 1843-1870
Joseph Hackmey’s Barbados and Grenada collections were presented in a single-volume, tête–bêche format. It is the first book in the new White Line Series, which will feature his outstanding collections.

The registration deadline for DeBra2024 ended on February 29, 2024. The goal was to fill the 600 existing frames with exhibits. As the new frames with 16 sheets per frame will be used, all applicants could be considered. We are of course very pleased about the great interest in the DeBra2024 exhibition. The applicants were informed promptly. They will be published shortly on the exhibition homepage.
