FIP releases Flash magazine No. 133

The International Philatelic Federation (FIP) has uploaded on its website the latest issue of Flash, its biannual official house organ. Large part of the 40-page magazine is dedicated to the exhibitions of the first half of 2022, the FIP Commissions’ reports and the preparations towards the 76th FIP Congress which is due in two weeks in Jakarta, Indonesia.
