Lars Böttger has kindly informed us that the Luxembourg Philatelic Federation (FSPL) is pressing ahead with its annual Maximaphily and Postcard exhibition. This year it will be held at the Tripholion Cultural Centre in Echternach on 24th-25th July and international exhibitors are warmly invited to participate.
