Youth Philately: A Paper from Stampactive

Stampactive is the group within the Association of British Philatelic Societies that organises and encourages youth philately. They were recently awarded a FEPA Certificate of Appreciation for outstanding activities in promoting philately and have kindly sent us a paper on what they have been doing – this is attached.
