IPHLA 2012 in Mainz
IPHLA stands for the German: “Internationale Philatelistische Literatur Ausstellung”
The places of the exhibition in Mainz will be the City Hall for IPHLA purposes and the nearby Gutenberg Museum for special exhibits.
BDPh – Bund Deutschen Philatelisten e.V. is legal responsible for the exhibition with “Verein für Briefmarkenkunde Mainz (est 1885) as the formal organizer.
