The 116-page catalogue will also be available in stores, including WH Smiths, from 11 February, whilst stocks last.

Devlan Kruck is the UK Representative of David Feldman SA International Auctioneers & Curator at the Museum of Philately. In April 2020 Devlan set up a series of philatelic biographies on the blog of the DFSA website and presented Georges Herpin as Legendary Collector #1.
Documents Philatéliques No. 251, the journal of l’Académie de philatélie (Paris, France), was released on 15th January. The French Academy was born in 1928, and the Documents Philatéliques has been issued quarterly for more than fifty years now.
Robert Abensur RDP, the President of the Academy since 2002, is also current Editor-in-Chief of the journal since 2019.

Alphonse Mayer von Rothschild: Legendary Collector #31
Devlan Kruck is the UK Representative of David Feldman SA International Auctioneers & Curator at the Museum of Philately. In April 2020 Devlan set up a series of philatelic biographies on the blog of the DFSA website and presented Georges Herpin as Legendary Collector #1.
The series was gradually built up by the biographies of legends like Frederick Philbrick, Philip Ferrari de La Renotière, Thomas Keay Tapling, William E. Image, William Westoby and many more. A few days ago the stage was set for Alphonse Mayer von Rothschild as Legendary Collector #31.
At the end of each philatelic biography there are links to all Devlan’s earlier pieces.
