Has been launched in Portugalete, Basque Country, the Spanish National Exhibition with the participation of France and Hungary. On the 810 frames are displayed many of the best exhibits of the three countries.
The Town Hall of Portugalete has welcomed the Opening Ceremony of celebration the 55th National Spanish Philatelic Exhibition, EXFILNA, which in this occasion has the FEPA Recognition and the French and the Hungarian Federations as invited guests.

The Opening Ceremony was attended by Mikel Torres Lorenzo, Mayor of Portugalete, The President of the Spanish Post “Correos”, Javier Cuesta Nuin, the Director of Philately Modesto Fraguas Herrera, the President of the Spanish Federation, FESOFI, Miguel Ángel García Fernández, and the President of the Organizing Committee and of the Portugalete Philatelic Association, Gaizka Sola, among others authorities and a big audience.
Were presented the two commemorative stamps, starting a week full of philatelic activities.

As many as 1280 big posters of the FEPA Exhibition EXFILNA 2017, Spanish National Exhibition with international participation, have flooded the lampposts of Portugalete, Bilbao and neighboring towns thanks to the efforts of the Spanish Post “Correos”, the Spanish Federation – FESOFI and the Philatelic Association of Portugalete leaded by Gaizka Sola.
The Spanish – French – Hungarian exhibition with the FEPA Recognition promises to be a great success.

Tanguy Pron, with his Collection “Les coqs de Decaris (1962-1967)” has been the winner of the Youth Grand Prix of Bandung 2017 World Stamp Exhibition.
Born in Épernay, the home of the Champagne, he is a stamp collector since he was a young child. The 17 years old Tanguy Pron, received 90 points, Special Prize for his outstanding Research and the World Grand Prix of Youth Philately. Congratulations!
